850 Watt TVS Components
The SM10KWxxA Series are high-powered surface mount transient voltage suppression components designed to protect equipment and systems from the damaging effects of high voltage spikes. The DFN-2-KW surface mount package configuration provides a lower profile at a reduce cost.

These devices provide 8,500 Watts of peak pulse power dissipation for an 10/1000µs waveform. Applications include relay drive protection module and secondary lightning protection.

The P0402VP24 is an ultra low capacitance ESD component designed to protect very high-speed data interfaces. This device has a typical capactiance of only 0.05pF (I/O to GND) and is compatible with the ESD immunity requirements of IEC61000-4-2.
PAM02SD2303C
Ultra Low Capacitance TVS Array
The PAM02SD2303C is an ultra low capacitance transient voltage suppressor array, designed to protect automotive applications. The device is available in a bidirectional configuration and is rated at 350 Watts for an 8/20µs waveshape.

The PAM02SD2303C meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) requirements. At higher operating frequencies or faster edge rates, insertion loss and signal integrity are a major concern. The device offers an ultra low capacitance and low leakage current in a miniature SOD-323 package.

The PAM08SD2312C is a transient voltage suppressor array designed for ESD protection of automotive applications. These silicon based diodes offer superior clamping voltage and performance compared to other technologies such as MLVs.

The PAM08SD2312C can be utilized as a single line protector in a bidirectional configuration. The SOD-323 small package configuration offers designers the flexibility of placement on the printed circuit board for each I/O port or voltage bus. The PAM08SD2312C meets the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), 61000-4-4 (EFT) and 61000-4-5 requirements.
