5KP Series
5kW Power TVS Component
The 5KP Series, are discrete 5,000 Watt, silicon transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed for use in applications where large voltage transients can permanently damage voltage sensitive components and equipment.

The 5KP series is available in voltages ranging from 5V to 440V with 5 percent and 5 and 10 percent tolerances. Both tolerances are referenced to the power supply output or operating voltage level. This series is compatiable with IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements.
PAM03SD2312CI
Ultra Low Capacitance TVS Array
The PAM03SD2312CI is an ultra low capacitance transient voltage suppressor array, designed to protect automotive applications. This device is available in a bidirectional configuration and is rated at 250 Watts for an 8/20µs waveshape.

The PAM03SD2312CI meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) requirements. At higher operating frequencies or faster edge rates, insertion loss and signal integrity are a major concern. This device offers a ultra low capacitance and low leakage current in a miniature SOD-323 package.

200 Watt Asymmetrical Line ProtectionTVS Array
The PAM1LIN is an asymmetrical line protection transient voltage suppressor array, designed for local interconnect network (LIN) bus protection. This device is available in a bidirectional configuration and is rated at 200 Watts for an 8/20µs waveshape.

The PAM1LIN meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) requirements.

The PAM2CAN is designed to protect Controller Area Network (CAN) bus lines and other industrial applications from the damaging effects of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients.
