1. What specification does your quality system comply with?

ProTek Devices quality system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. 

2. Is product 100% tested?

All product is 100% tested then sample tested by outgoing Q.C.

3. Do you perform reliability testing on specific devices

Yes.  Reliability testing is performed periodically and summary data is updated monthly for those products selected for testing.

4. Does ProTek Devices have screening capabilities?

Yes.  We can perform screening tests per MIL-PRF-19500 (JANTX level).  We also have capabilities for Group A, Group B and Group C testing.

5. I think I need more than a commercial grade part but don't know what type of screening I need.  What do I do?

ProTek Devices offers various levels of screening for specific product types.  We call these level H1, H2, and H3.  Please refer to these tables for your required level of screening.  You may also contact Customer Service or your local representative.
