ProTek Devices introduces the
ESOT12LCC-1, a high frequency, transient suppression
protector for handheld systems, wireless communications, PDAs, PCMCIA
cards and digital cameras. The ESOT12LCC-1 is packaged in a
SOT-23-6 plastic case and is available
in a 12 volt, bidirectional configuration. This device is rated
for 250 Watts of peak pulse power (8x20µs), which is sufficient for the
protection of tertiary-type lightning threats at key interface
